At Crestwood Communities our team is all too aware what an impact each of us has on the environment, and we
know that it is our duty to make an effort to be the change our planet needs.
With change in mind Team Crestwood is dedicated to being an Industry Leader in Eco-Smart Construction. We have set a new bar to achieve a level of responsible eco-building at our new home communities.
To measure our eco-success we have set-out to exceed the State of California Title 24 Energy Building Standards by a minimum of 15%. Title 24 are the building standards established by the State of California which mandates a minimum level of energy efficient building practices.
To ensure that our team has met our goal of exceeding state standards each home is inspected by a 3rd Party Independent Energy Consultant. This inspection certifies via onsite testing/review that proper materials and installation techniques were followed in the construction of each new Crestwood home.
